These White Chocolate Blondies are super moist, sweet, and wonderfully nutty. ✨💛
They contain no refined sugar and taste simply heavenly, whether warm or cold.
📝 Ingredients (for an approx. 20×20 cm pan):
100g sugar-free white chocolate (melted) 🤍
150 g oat flour 🌾
50 g ground nuts (e.g. almonds or hazelnuts) 🥜
50 ml maple syrup 🍯
100 ml plant-based milk (e.g. oat or almond) 🥛
50 g nut butter (e.g. cashew or almond)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt 🧂
🥣 Preparation:
Prepare oven and pan:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat) and line a small baking pan (approx. 20×20 cm) with baking paper.
Melting chocolate:
Gently melt the white chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and let it cool slightly.
Mix the dry ingredients:
Mix oat flour, ground nuts, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Add the wet ingredients:
Add melted chocolate, nut butter, syrup, plant-based milk and vanilla extract to the flour mixture and stir to form a smooth dough.
Get in shape!
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan – optionally top with extra white chocolate chips 🍫
Bake:
Bake for about 20–25 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden brown. The center should still be a little soft – that's what makes the blondies nice and fudgy!
Cool down & enjoy:
Let it cool completely, then cut into pieces and simply enjoy – plain, with berries or a scoop of ice cream 😍
🌱 Tip:
You can also enhance the blondies with raspberries, cocoa nibs or chopped nuts – for extra texture & taste!
