In Germany, you can find our products at Rossmann and Alnatura. In Austria, they are available at Eurospar and Interspar.
How long are the delivery times?
We usually deliver within 1-3 business days throughout Germany. Delays may occur in exceptional cases, but we strive for prompt delivery.
How long does it take for certain varieties to be back in stock?
This may vary. To ensure you don't miss any news, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter. This way, you'll be immediately informed when a product is available again.
Why did you sell out so quickly?
Our products are very popular, and unfortunately, we sometimes can't produce quickly enough to meet the high demand. We're working hard to increase production to be better prepared in the future.
Can I sell your products in my store?
Soon (mid-March) you will also be able to purchase our products through Faire, which is a great opportunity for retailers to offer our items in their stores.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our products contain traces of gluten because they are processed in facilities that also manufacture gluten-containing products. We therefore cannot guarantee that they are completely gluten-free.
Do your bites taste like dates?
Our bites aren't meant to taste like dates. Our goal was to achieve a balanced and natural flavor without overpowering the date flavor.
