Knowledge you can taste.

Why we work with nutrition experts

At bae, we believe that snacks should not only taste good, but also feel good. That's why we optimized the recipes for our filled bites and soft oat bars together with three nutritionists. Their expertise helps us to consciously select ingredients, balance recipes effectively, and continuously develop our products – without unnecessary frills, but with real added value. This is how we combine enjoyment with responsibility and make snacking just a little bit better.

Our experts

Christina Süß BBSc

" For over 10 years, I have been supporting people with a wide variety of nutritional questions as a dietician and nutritionist.

There's simply no one-size-fits-all diet plan. That's why I focus primarily on two things: individuality and practicality – true to the motto "No cake is no solution either!" For a way of eating without restrictions, but with enjoyment. Because you simply can't do without enjoyment.

On social media, I tirelessly educate people about nutrition myths in an understandable, honest, sometimes serious and sometimes tongue-in-cheek way – despite the daily flood of fake news.

I live in Austria with my husband and two sons. I find strength and balance in nature through hiking, gardening, or sports – and I gladly bring this energy into my work with people .

Alisia Schrieder BSc & MA

" Hello! I'm Alisia and I love snacks - especially when they taste good and are good for you."

Why? For me, health and nutrition are inextricably linked. Also because I've experienced this myself.

That's why I eventually decided to learn more about it and study further: I completed my Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Management and Dietetics in 2017 and then went on to earn a Master's degree in Health Management. Since then, I've been a foodie at heart and a passionate nutritionist. And because this is so important to me, I want to share my knowledge with others, for example on Instagram, but also in my job in corporate health management.
When I'm not thinking about nutrition, you'll find me at the gym, walking the dog, listening to a podcast, or having coffee with friends. For me, it's the perfect way to unwind after a long day at work.

My motto: Balance is key. Sounds banal, but it gives me more than any rigid rule!

Lara Opfermann BSc & Author

"I'm Lara, a qualified nutritionist, a health insurance-approved nutritional therapist, and an author. In my practice in Braunschweig, I primarily work with people suffering from gastrointestinal disorders and eating disorders. Having suffered from irritable bowel syndrome myself as a teenager, I've been deeply involved with this topic for a long time. That's why it's so important to me to support people in developing a healthy relationship with food and their own bodies again."

In 2024, I wrote a book about the gut-brain axis ("Hello Mind, Here Is Your Gut"). My new book on irritable bowel syndrome will be published in September 2026. I also support the Braunschweig Lions basketball team as a nutritional consultant .
