Our story
We are Lorena & Laura, the founders of bae. Our friendship began when we were 13 years old in the Kitzbühel mountains – today we share not only a love of sports, but also our vision: healthy, delicious snacks for everyone. In 2023, we launched our soft oat bars – with 40% less sugar and valuable prebiotics for a healthy gut flora.
Our snacks are the perfect companion for everyday life and adventures. But bae stands for more than just nutrition: Together with Fondo Semillas, we advocate for the rights of women, girls, trans* and inter* people – because real change begins with working together.

Key Account Manager*in - Retail (20-30 h)
You are the first point of contact for our B2B customers and ensure their complete satisfaction. With your organizational skills and communication aptitude, you build long-term partnerships, manage our key accounts, and ensure all projects run smoothly.
Your role
- Support and expansion of our retail food customers (national and regional)
- Planning & Control of Sales Activities
- Building long-term partnerships & conducting annual reviews
- Support for 100–150 REWE supermarkets (Nov 2025–Jan 2026)

- Residence in Austria
- Ideally, experience in project or key account management.
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented approach & hands-on mentality

Social Media Internship - Focus on TikTok
Do you love TikTok, know the latest trends, and enjoy creating memorable content? Then you're exactly who we're looking for! As an intern in our Social Media Team, you'll help us make the bae brand a huge success on TikTok – creatively, boldly, and with lots of fun.
Your role
- Development and implementation of TikTok content (videos, trends, challenges)
- Support with content planning & production
- Performance & Community Engagement Analysis
- Contributing your own ideas and creative concepts

Internship Sales & Business Development
Do you want to gain insights into the world of startups and learn how to build a brand? In Sales & Business Development, you'll be directly at the interface with our partners and customers – and help shape how we further establish BAE Treat on store shelves and in people's minds.

- Support in day-to-day business with B2B customers and trading partners
- Assisting with the preparation of pitches and sales materials

Graphic Design Internship
Do you have an eye for good design, love aesthetics, and want to use your skills in a creative environment? Then you've come to the right place! As a graphic design intern, you'll support our team in bringing the bae brand to life visually – from social media content to packaging and marketing materials.
Your role
- Content creation for social media, website & newsletter
- Support in the development of packaging and marketing designs
- Creation of presentations & sales materials
- Contribute your creative ideas & concepts
This is what you bring with you
- Residence in Austria
- Studies or training in the field of graphic/communication design (or comparable)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
