  • 1 pinch ground vanilla  

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (approx. 20 g, melted )  

  • 200 g spelt flour type 630  

  • 2 tsp baking powder  

  • 1 tsp cinnamon  

  • 1 pinch of salt  

preparation  

  1. oven on175 °C top and bottom heat preheat . 
    Grease a small springform pan and lightly grease it. flour or with baking paper lay out .
